After discussing my existing truck and what was on offer we agreed a purchase via email and phone calls. When I arrived at the dealership Jasmine delivered with a very well organized transaction. I would also like to mention Ray in finance for his friendly and efficient handling of the transaction. Thank-you Mark Shukla More

I recently purchased my new 2026 Chevrolet Trail Boss through Jasmine Kratz at Kelowna Chevrolet, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Since I live about two hours away, most of my communica through Jasmine Kratz at Kelowna Chevrolet, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Since I live about two hours away, most of my communication with Jasmine was by phone and text. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and answered all of my many questions directly and honestly, without any unnecessary sales pitches or pressure. She was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable, informative, and made the whole process feel straightforward and comfortable. I gave Jasmine a list of the options and features I wanted in my new truck, and she delivered. When I arrived at the dealership to meet her in person, she was extremely organized and had everything ready for me, which made the entire process efficient and stress-free. I also want to recognize Anastasia Bakumenko, the Finance Manager, along with the rest of the Kelowna Chevrolet team. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and fantastic to work with. All in all, buying my new truck through Jasmine was a great experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Jasmine to anyone looking for a new vehicle. She earned my business and made the two-hour trip to Kelowna well worth it. 100% recommend! More
