Honda review ! The lot itself is a very busy one. The employees all work hard to engage all the customers. Upon first visit I was greeted right away with Scott and h The lot itself is a very busy one. The employees all work hard to engage all the customers. Upon first visit I was greeted right away with Scott and he took the time to find what I wanted with my needs. Didn't feel like a pushy sales person at all ! More like a knowledgable friend or advisor! Finance team was awesome and kept me in the loop the whole time. Picking up my vehicle they had all the extras I wanted already done to the vehicle and had it waiting on display for me upon arrival. I waited a bit to get things started with the tutorial and pickup process only because they were very busy! But I can tell why because it is an awesome dealership. After taking my car home, Scott my sales guy called Afew days later to make sure everything was going great with the vehicle and even sent me something in the mail to thank me for my business. This was my first brand new car purchase and I have felt great about the entire thing, the car is beautiful and the service was awesome compared to shopping around at some of the other lots with pushy hard to approach sales people. My first experience at your service centre was good. I didn't know the procedure so parked in the wrong spot, didn't arrange for the shuttle service (was available though, so ok), ..... I found that Jill Eden was extremely helpful and informative. She was also very thorough and followed up with me as to the progress of my repair in a very timely manner. More
