Potential lost sale. The service department did the work as expected, price was good and work was done on time etc. While there, we met with a sales person re the purcha The service department did the work as expected, price was good and work was done on time etc. While there, we met with a sales person re the purchase of a new Pilot to replace our 2008 pilot. We are close to purchasing and looking for a trade value on ours. We were told the sales manager responsible was not in that day which was fine but he would be in contact with a trade number based on the info taken at the time of our service. That was last Saturday, June 17 (six days ago) and we have not heard back. Our next visit will be to an alternative Honda dealer and Toyota to compare. My rating was reflective of your service dept, A poor rating for employees who did their job would not be fair. If there was a survey for my experience with the sales dept, my rating would have been dramatically different. More

Service department lacks I dropped off my vehicle at the scheduled time as I booked an appointment and for a simple oIL change I waited 3 hour.
