One of the main reasons, we bought a car from this dealership was the fact that he never seemed to be desperate and pushing us towards committing to the dealership. He went beyond and stayed late for us, not showing any sign of exasperation and he delivered what we wanted. I was really happy with the service and felt comfortable coming to this dealership. I didn't feel any pressure at all. I would definitely come back here for my future services. Stan was amazing. He picked my family and I up all the way from lougheed station, and during our entire transaction, he never showed impatience nor dishonesty. Since the car would be under my dad's name, and my father had to go to a nearby ICBC licensing office to renew his license, we were facing a brick wall for a moment. That was until Brian, the sales manager, came along and had arranged a rental car for us to drive in with corporate rates just in case we were unable to get to the licensing office in time. Stan came once again, picked us up, drove us to the nearby office, and waited for us until my dad was able to do his thing. Just simply amazing level of customer service here, or I may just be new to this car dealership. Cameron did forget to let us know to sign something, and we are now forced to go back to the dealership to sign it.
