Ferdie is a great Dealer! He was really friendly and nice. Best part he was easy to contact and was really flexible with my schedual. After a few bad experiences at various car lots, dealing with Steve was refreshing. We went to Metro looking for a truck for my daughter. They had one on the lot that we were interested in if it could be converted to propane. Steve Boulay was pleasant and offered to test drive the vehicle, so we did.Through the whole test drive Steve would not stop talking about how he was univesity trained and could be trusted(he even said he could be sued if he lied to us). We were a bit put off by this but having bought two previous vehicles at metro we carried on. We wrote an offer and were told that the counter offer was the very best they could do. Then my daughter signed contingent on the propane conversion ability and the cost of the conversion. The next thing we hear is that Steve is calling our propane mechanic as saying he isphoning on our behalf. We never asked him to call. We also found that the minute we stated we were no going to proceed with the deal, the absolute rock bottom price could be droped by $2488. I would not recommend Steve Boulay or Metro Victoria.
