He help me with the purchase of my 2013 Mazda 3(low mileage) and helped me with the "Scrap-it " program for my old car. I work in the the customer service industry for more than 30 years. Ferdie exceeded my expectation, with their professionalism, knowledge and customer service. You don't have excellent staff without management support. Thanks also to Marcel and the management team..
