5 days in.....highly recommend the sporty little Scion im! He is kind and funny :-) and has a way of making everything move amazingly quickly and smoothly while listening to your needs and financial concerns. I have never owned a Toyota and am loving my new Scion more each time I go out in it . Thank you Ferdie for the time you have taken to make me feel more relaxed and comfortable and listening to my needs without trying to upsell me when you know thats not possible for me. Excellent service and a fair deal. Phil Chen did an awesome job getting us two fantastic cars. I highly recommend the 2016 RAV4 limited hybrid. Also want to thank Paul in parts for helping me with the roof crossbars for a last minute trip (which we're on now). One last thing, I've had many cars from many dealerships and had my share of problems but my wife and I have had 5 cars in 12 yrs from JP Toyota with zero issues! That's why we only buy Toyota.
