He never rushes nor hesitates to help. I was stuck for a ride and he drove me a hour to work, goes the extra mile literally :) Abe is always his friendly, kind and caring self at every visit not just the first, he rolls out the red carpet every time. Front line Service staff are wonderful but I have struggled to get the quality of work I want for my car or be heard from the upper level staff in this department. It's odd bc it is usually the other way around going to upper level staff for help. Abe and Kimberly my service advisor both listen and help! Jesse, Abe and Kimberly have it right, build relationships and the rest falls into place. Highly recommend them. More

Lee (sales associate), Chris (sales manager) and Serge (finance) were all absolutely spectacular. They were not the typical car sales men and didnt push for more expensive options or any add ons. They took a very personal approach and made sure we didnt leave empy handed and were 100% satisfied. The entire Toyota dealership team were amazing and helpful with everything. They waited patiently until we made up our monds without phoning us every single day pushing their product. The service, quality and hostory of the vehicle as well as the price with comparable models had us sold and we happily drove away with a beautiful, full of great features Rav 4.
