The General Manager Bernard Le was very gracious in offering to further clean the car since oil was still found on some parts in the engine bay and oily water from rain splashes continue to drip down to the car port. The car is now cleaned to the list I gave Bernard and looks to be okay. I am glad that management is serious about keeping their customers satisfied. Hope the staff do not make more issues for the management in the future.
