Amazing and professional service I recently purchased a shiny new Escape from the fine folks at Jim Keay Ford Lincoln. I had a horrible experience with another Ford dealership years I recently purchased a shiny new Escape from the fine folks at Jim Keay Ford Lincoln. I had a horrible experience with another Ford dealership years ago, and was weary to deal with Ford again. I dealt with both Brian and Carmelo and I gotta say, they were the most down to Earth salespeople I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. ZERO pressure, and they both answered all my (many) questions. When I took delivery of the vehicle Brian took time to sit with me and explain all the features, and set up a small course in the lot and demonstrated the park assist feature. I feel confident I've found a dealership that will continue to provide quality service after the sale. THANK YOU! More

However after finding a vehicle I was interested in on line and making an email inquiry I was immediately contacted by the sales Manager Chris Dugal....The next day I had only a bit of time available and as I live out of town about an hour and a half Chris arranged to have my sales person Kurtis Di Cioccio drive to meet me about a half hour from home. We met at a Walmart and after test driving we agreed to purchase the vehicle on the spot. Must say I never thought I would buy a vehicle at Walmart :) Kurtis is very professional and both my wife and I feel are delighted to recommend him to anyone. He has been great to follow up in the past few days with a couple of extra's we wanted installed. I will drive an hour and a half to this dealership for service and for any future vehicles I need, especially if we can work with Kurtis! Glen K. More

He went above and beyond to get me the best deal and was responsive to all my questions well outside of the dealers working hours. I can not stress enough the level of service I received, he made buying a new vehicle seem simple, fun, and not stressful at all! The kind of service that is extremely rare these days I had to quickly replace my vehicle following an accident in which my car was deemed to be a total loss. I had never been in this situation before and I had to quickly replace my vehicle following an accident in which my car was deemed to be a total loss. I had never been in this situation before and found a shining light in Dave Charter. I knew immediately that I was in very capable hands. Dave not only listened but heard what my concerns and preferences were. He was ever patient and I never felt like I was just another client to be processed as quickly as possible and then "closed". Visit, test drive, emails and phone calls and then changing to another car entirely (due to my insurance company; and that's another story) and finally finding the perfect car for me was effortless, stress free and all done within an extremely short time frame; thanks to Dave. Whether you are looking for a new car or used you can trust Dave to guide you through the process with immense knowledge, patience, kindness and understanding. During the process of picking a purchasing plan and choice of vehicles , Kurtis had no problem getting the numerous quotes I had asked for , even responding via text and email when asked (seems any time of the day as well) . Frustrating and unexplainable Attempt to purchase a used Lincoln was frustrating. Lincoln manager, Paul Shimon, was slow and indecisive, and gave very poor trade in value.
