Good evening, I will be a home tomorrow, should you wish to call me... 613-673-5844. The reason I am wanting the horn turned off when I click the auto start... is that I go to work at 5:30am... and the horn wakes up my neighbours. I looked online and I think it is in the programming that it can be turned off. I will take the reviews down in the morning... as I am not sure that you would get this message if I delete the review now. You had asked if I would have posted the reviews if it were not for the comments made by your young technician. I probably would not have posted a review, had it been for the comments that he made and interjecting himself into our conversation - to me he had crossed the line. Regards Mike Graham
