Browsing online, gave my contact info, was contacted by Andrea. I was upfront about exactly what I wanted and stated I'd buy if the opportunity presented itself. I said I heard the wait was 2-4months and she did not dispute this. She asked me to come in to have my current vehicle appraised and discuss the purchase. I arrived and was told no one could meet with me and that I SHOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE because what I wanted was a 12 month wait and I probably wouldn't even get what I wanted in the end. So will obviously be going somewhere else! I will never visit this dealership again. Don't waste your time on those jerks. More

I have returned to the Toyota family. I have had many cars, including Toyota previously. This time I was looking to graduate to a hybrid or plug in electric. I had been warned that I would have to order and wait 3 to 6 months, due to the pandemic and Ukraine war. When we (my wife and I) called to make an appointment, MaryAnnie our sales rep, told us there was a Rav 4 that was available for immediate purchase. When we arrived, at 6 p.m., we were told that the Rav 4 had been whisked up already. No matter, we had been prepared to wait for an order to come in. We sat with MaryAnnie and outlined our preferences, thinking to order a Prius. Then MaryAnnie got busy, searched her inventory and found that a 2021 Corolla with only 11,031 km. had just arrived. I had not even reached their on line listing yet. it checked all the boxes and was even more affordable than our intended Prius purchase. I had previously bought a Corolla and had been really satisfied so I was willing to take a test drive. The result was that we concluded the purchase, even though by now it was after hours. We got our hybrid on the same day that met all our expectations, at an affordable price. While driving this vehicle I am reminded of our 2007 Sonata with respect to roominess and luxury and have happily returned to the Toyota family. More

I made an appointment to speak to a sales manager about trading in my truck when i got to the dealership i was greeted by a sales person. I explained i was there to see a manager the sale person ignored th trading in my truck when i got to the dealership i was greeted by a sales person. I explained i was there to see a manager the sale person ignored that and proceed to try and make a deal. they took my truck to show the used car people when he came back with an offer it was thousands less then what i was offered at other dealerships in the area. the salesman tried to tell me that my truck would sit on the lot for a very long time. i know for a fact that that is a lie and the tacomas at in very high demad espically a 6 month old truck with less to 10000km on it. I have tried to deal with Jacksons in the past and have never been able to make a deal. this was the last time i will even bother to try. More

Amazing service - battery on our 5 year old 4-Runner died at 5PM on a Friday night. After getting a jump we phoned Jackson's Toyota - service manager confirmed they had a battery in stock & could do the wor at 5PM on a Friday night. After getting a jump we phoned Jackson's Toyota - service manager confirmed they had a battery in stock & could do the work as soon as we got there - new battery, great service from Richard Maracle & driving home by 6PM.
