Amazing service - battery on our 5 year old 4-Runner died at 5PM on a Friday night. After getting a jump we phoned Jackson's Toyota - service manager confirmed they had a battery in stock & could do the wor at 5PM on a Friday night. It’s sad that the only thing that keeps this place going is the reputation of the vehicles. I guess that’s why they don’t value their customers. Then when you complain about it in your satisfaction survey they call to rectify it by offering gift cards for a detail of free service by the used car manager. Apparently they don’t have my address on file as the cards never arrived. This speaks volumes about credibility. Makes me wonder what else they lie about. After talking with many others who have bought from here they seem to run a shady operation Buyer beware. More

Paid $62 taxes in for oil lube filter for 2013 Corolla at Pickering Toyota ( free car wash it included). Two months later dropped into Jackson Toyota in Barrie for exact same with same oil and filter. They c Pickering Toyota ( free car wash it included). I have now attempted to buy a Prius twice from this dealership. In both cases after signing contract and ready to pay cash they couldn't manage to secure the guaranteed vehicle.
