Poor Customer service and poor product Very unprofessional and lack customer service skills. Jennifer in particular was very rude and and unwilling to be of assistance to the customer. I have had multiple issues with the service department at this dealership. I brought my vehicle in due to an issue and was given a large bill because they continued looking for other issues once the problem was fixed. I was therefore charged for more serviceable hours and was not notified prior to them continuing my vehicle’s service. I also purchased the extended warranty when I bought my vehicle brand new three years ago. I have had to pay a $200 deductible 5 times in order to have issues fixed in only 3 years. The issues I have had with my new Chevrolet Trax have been major issues that should not be occurring at this stage. For example I have had the turbo replaced, multiple radiator leaks, water pump replacement, and other major engine issues to name a few. I have spoken to GM customer service directly and they will not stand behind their product or acknowledge the vehicle has had a significant number of issues in a short time and that there is likely an issue with the vehicle itself. I do not recommend Jack Carter dealership or that anyone purchase a Chevrolet Trax as I am not the only owner who has had multiple issues. More

I only deal with Jack Carter Cadillac I love the second I come out of my car and get greeted by a Service Advisor by my name and getting the text to keep in touch to the point my car is do I love the second I come out of my car and get greeted by a Service Advisor by my name and getting the text to keep in touch to the point my car is done and I get the text on the way home to make sure I no other questions. The only way they could improve is have some Timmies for the weekend. They have all kinds of muffins, cookies and donuts from mon-fri but nothing on the weekends. I bought the car thru Brian and he always goes out of his way to make sure I’m still happy with the car. More
