Great shuttle drivers I use the shuttle service when I drop my truck off, they will pretty much take you anywhere and use Escalades to get you ariund. Charged for Service and Shouldn't have been Brought my car in to have the crow hopping issue looked at, they admitted the car does crow hop and said it was a normal condition and then charged me Brought my car in to have the crow hopping issue looked at, they admitted the car does crow hop and said it was a normal condition and then charged me $157 for the service when the car was still on warranty. I had no way of knowing GM considers this issue normal and they could have told me that when I made the appointment but they didn't and then charged me for it, they are crooks in my option and you'd be best to stay clear of them. Then to top it all off they said I should contact them to resolve the issue but never returned my calls? More
