Jack Carter is by far the worst dealership I have dealt with. Brad Peltier the so called “corvette specialist” is a joke. Neglected to do his job by not informing me of the non export disclosure. Gave them a depsit. Told them I will be selling my stingray. Not once did he mention I couldn’t sell it till After I sold it to buy zo6. After selling the car Brad emails me to tell me he forgot to get me to sign the non export. When I told him I had sold the car he started threatening me that I will be blacklisted should I not sign the waiver. The General manger Corey then took Brad side instead of fixing the issue. Buyer beware More

Wow, the wife and I where recently in the dealership. We asked to look at a particular car, they did not have one in stock so we thought ok not a bad thing we can look online...How ever they did have a s We asked to look at a particular car, they did not have one in stock so we thought ok not a bad thing we can look online...How ever they did have a similiar model in the showroom. We looked at it for over 20mins top to bottom...Not one sales person out of the 6-7 that where standing around wanted to even help us. We stood there and stood there we finally asked a guy sitting at his desk how much that Traverse was and he shouted out a price. Didn't bother to print the specs off or even acknowledge that we were even there. Not one person wanted to help us there and we wanted to purchase a new vehicle right then and there. So we went to Nissan. The sales personal were so cocky and oblivious of our existence that i for worn anyone going there. they dont care..... More
