Terrible experience in this branch. Dealt with Jeremy, his approach was already rude and very disrespectful as soon as we got there. If I didnt call their service, I wouldnt know that the car is ready. Asked for a shuttle, was informed that I will get a text when its on its way and still didnt get any text. Waited for almost an hour for shuttle. Told the lady in the reception about it and she just aaid okay, no apologies given and just seem that she doesnt care. Mosthorrible experience I ever got.
