He was prompt about getting back to us about any concerns and did a lot of follow up with us. We had a minor issue with the vehicle we bought through him (we noticed it before taking delivery) and he impressed me by going the extra mile and helping me try and sort it out with the dealership service department to the best of his ability. Overall I was extremely happy with David's service, I have and would again happily reccomend him to my friends and family. I would have given the dealership a five star rating but I was not overly happy with the outcome of the issue that I had with my vehicle, they did try to solve it, but eventually did not follow through on their word. (The tech that worked on my vehicle- he and I did a drive inspection, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was pleased with him as well) Next time the vehicle would not leave the lot before any issue was dealt with. Still a fairly happy experience with the dealership and I would recommend them as well.
