Good day. Thank you kindly for allowing me the opportunity to personally look into your concern. Upon review of the work order it was documented that the client came in asking for only a brake inspection. There were no other services requested and or performed. We then proceeded to bring the vehicle into the mechanics shop, raise it up on the hoist, and remove all four wheels to inspect the brakes as your requested. With drum brakes we must remove the wheels to access the brakes. The complete inspection was completed in approximately 30 minutes. This was the inspection requested and signed off on by the client. We then put the wheel back on and advised that they simply be serviced and not replaced. We also completed a FREE of charge multi point vehicle inspection Upon arrival for pick up you were upset at the bill of $49.95 for this inspection. My service manager tried to speak with you to inform you of the work that was completed and understand your concern. It is unfortunate that you were not able to make the time to chat with him. I look forward to having you back for the complimentary oil change I have since extended to you for any misunderstandings. Thank you again greatly for your feedback as we strive each day to get better. Craig Sabourin General Manager
