It was a little more complicated as we traded in two vehicles. Alexia was quick and so efficient with the numbers game. Ciana was very patient with me when she went over the vehicle with me. Patience is not my strong point, so Island GMC is a good place for me to deal with. Other staff such as Mike & Masood deserve honorable mention (good job guys, but the ladies have you beat!!) However after purchase and before delivery there was a problem and I waited a very long time for actual delivery in spite of being told it "is almost ready to go". In the end I was given a loaner car and was eventually able to leave the dealership and pick up the Chevy a few days later. Except for that glitch the experience was positive. More
