Worst experience of my life. Treated me like I was a criminal and interrogated me until I signed papers , told them to give me my car keys back but said ...no no, we will talk some more. Told me they couldn't get the car I wanted but told my boyfriend they they could get it for him. I did ask them if they treated me like this because I was a female, to which I got no response.I gave them a$1000 so I could do an overnight test drive and they called me 3 times to see when it was coming back. Then told me I HAD to buy a car from them as they aren't reimbursing my $1000. I told them where to go and went and bought a Land Rover ( absolutely the best experience ever) I will never recommend them to anyone. Also my engine light was on my older Infiniti and they told me that I needed a new steering wheel( I already knew it was a PCV valve, but they insisted that the steering wheel was causing my engine light to come on.
