He was forthcoming about price. He was ready to answer our questions, or find the answers for the very few he didn’t have. And then after the sale, he took the time to get us set up in our vehicle (including all of the programming) to show us all of the new features we are now enjoying. In addition to the fantastic service Al provided, everyone at the dealership made us feel like valued customers. Great experience, I had a great time here, I spent some time with my wife looking at the car Q50 at other dealerships close to my wife's workplace then I started to rea I had a great time here, I spent some time with my wife looking at the car Q50 at other dealerships close to my wife's workplace then I started to read about the dealership on the Internet. We went in on a Saturday and we were greater at the door by a gentlemen that we later found out was the sales manager Ali Esmailnia. He introduced us to our sales lady Anastasia Zaychuk. We took about an hour test driving the car again and started the pricing. She was very pleasant and asked us for the info on our trade. I was a bit hesitant to get too involved with the sale, because I had read some reviews. At this point Ali (sales Manager) showed up and explained the process involved and then he worked hard to get me what I wanted for my trade. He also discounted the car by a couple of thousand dollars and told me there was a very strong program on the car that gives me another 1200 off the price of the car. After another 10 min of negotiating we were happy with our purchase. The is also a very nice and smooth car. I drove an Audi before so this car is very sporty and technologically advanced. At the time of delivery they gave me a few oil changes complimentary that was a very nice touch. I told Ali about the few bad comments on the Internet and he laughed and said the people that are happy never write anything it's the "grumpy" ones that write reviews.
