Fast no hassle car buying Sales staff were friendly and efficient. We had no problems buying the car. We did have to wait about 3 weeks for delivery and that was not a proble Sales staff were friendly and efficient. We had no problems buying the car. Many, many problems with this service centre...over 4 years Mike was their only shining star...Now there is no reason to go there...summarize 4 years of troubling experience. 1) They never have appts, even for Mike was their only shining star...Now there is no reason to go there...summarize 4 years of troubling experience. 1) They never have appts, even for an oil change in a 1 week window; 2) You get a one way drop off service and on your own for the return; 3) Had a transmission problem (1 year old car at the time), they ordered a new transmission, had no qualified techs to work on it for 2 weeks. No loaner, I had to fight to get a discount on OTHER services being done at the same time; 4) Service manager has changed every 4-6 months; 5) Folks, at the end of the day - go somewhere else to buy and service your car. The Dilawri group is as cheap as it gets...customer money rules over satisfaction. More
April Rocks! I love my 2012 Elantra and can't say enough good things about it. But this past winter, it suddenly started becoming difficult (t was refusing to sta I love my 2012 Elantra and can't say enough good things about it. But this past winter, it suddenly started becoming difficult (t was refusing to start) - which at the time, I thought was due to the very cold temps we'd been having. This happened off and on over the course of two months I would say and finally after speaking with April on the phone one day, I had decided that the next time this incident happened, I was having the car taken in. Well, April took such good care of me! I was already stressed out enough about other personal matters and when she saw this, she was so supportive and made me feel like I was family - she made me sit down, got me coffee to distract me, and tried to cheer me up! She has such a lovely personality which made it so easy to talk to her. April told me that she would take care of everything and make sure that the car problem was solved as quickly as possible. I was so relieved to have her take control of the situation for me and arrange a replacement vehicle (I have the extended warranty and boy am I glad I have it!). While it took a couple days to figure out what the problem was (nothing was showing up at first), she did eventually find the issue! I was so relieved! April was patient, kind, attentive and recognized my stress as genuine and treated me with great care and I am so glad she was there to help me with this problem. It's fantastic to see a woman behind a service counter that understands a customers concern and treats them with respect and sincerity that they often don't receive. More
