Tony, the salesman asked me lots of questions and he then showed me my different options. He even explained why a different, more expensive model was not right for me. Frankly I needed a strictly commuter car for only a couple of years. The model I purchased is exactly right for my needs and it's such a fun car to drive. In a couple of years when my requirements change, Hunt Club Hyundai and Tony will be my first stop. More

Surprisingly, I actually bought the first car I test drove! Adam was very attentive and was able to answer all my questions easily. When I picked up the car only a few days after the purchase, I noticed that it was not entirely clean, but Adam was able to rectify this immediately, which was much appreciated. I also had a few questions a few days later, and both Adam and the financial person (sorry, can't remember his name) were quick in getting back to me with answers. Again, this was appreciated, as it demonstrates professionalism. More

I tried to return the vehicle two weeks after I bought it in order to purchase a newer model and was not allowed to do so. I have been with Hyundai for 8 years, bought 4 Hyundai vehicles, and I really thought they would be more accommodating. So I will stay with my original purchase. The staff are very good and friendly and the service area has always been very good to me. I would still recommend the dealership. More

I ended up contacting the dealership several times, however, as I ultimately did not buy the first car t Overall, I was pleased with this dealership. I ended up contacting the dealership several times, however, as I ultimately did not buy the first car that I looked at. I was surprised that the first salesperson that I spoke to never followed up to see if I was interested in any other cars. The second sales person that I spoke to on the phone also did not follow up with me. The third sales person, Reg Pulfer, did continue to follow up with me and we ultimately closed the deal. Reg did not pressure me to buy the car that I ultimately bought but was available to answer all of my questions. The other two salespeople (with whom I had earlier dealt) either did not see/recognize me when I was at the dealership or ignored me. The car I bought was initially overpriced so I did not buy it when I first saw it. They eventually reduced the car by so much there was no room to negotiate which did take away some of the fun of buying the car. More
