Hyundai on Hunt Club

April Rocks! I love my 2012 Elantra and can't say enough good things about it. But this past winter, it suddenly started becoming difficult (t was refusing to sta I love my 2012 Elantra and can't say enough good things about it. But this past winter, it suddenly started becoming difficult (t was refusing to start) - which at the time, I thought was due to the very cold temps we'd been having. This happened off and on over the course of two months I would say and finally after speaking with April on the phone one day, I had decided that the next time this incident happened, I was having the car taken in. Well, April took such good care of me! I was already stressed out enough about other personal matters and when she saw this, she was so supportive and made me feel like I was family - she made me sit down, got me coffee to distract me, and tried to cheer me up! She has such a lovely personality which made it so easy to talk to her. April told me that she would take care of everything and make sure that the car problem was solved as quickly as possible. I was so relieved to have her take control of the situation for me and arrange a replacement vehicle (I have the extended warranty and boy am I glad I have it!). While it took a couple days to figure out what the problem was (nothing was showing up at first), she did eventually find the issue! I was so relieved! April was patient, kind, attentive and recognized my stress as genuine and treated me with great care and I am so glad she was there to help me with this problem. It's fantastic to see a woman behind a service counter that understands a customers concern and treats them with respect and sincerity that they often don't receive. More

Its been a while since searching for my new Hyundai Sanata fe Lux, a gentleman by the name of Tran approached me and asked if I needed help, since I k Its been a while since searching for my new Hyundai Sanata fe Lux, a gentleman by the name of Tran approached me and asked if I needed help, since I kinda already knew what I was looking for we went for a test dive, usually test drives can be pretty awkward because you got the salesman right next to you, Tran was very easy to deal with, Enjoyed the ride and told Tran that I would be back in and that I just had to think about it, He gave me his business card and said if I had any questions to give him a call or text after going back and fourth for 2 weeks I went back to the dealer and crunched numbers with Tran, I believe Tran was looking out me and not just the dealer he was very honest and got me the best deal on the new Sanata Fe, my wife and I are very pleased with his service and would definitely recommend Tran, Dealers need more Staff like Mr Tran More

Changed my new car Eric was a bit shocked when I wanted to change my car. We talked and it wasn't too long that day, before I'd picked out another vehicle. Large, better seat belts, and although I lost quite a bit of money on the exchange (gosh, my OLD new car was almost seven days in my possession) Irregardless the procedure was quick, new car was ordered and I sat down with the [paper work and into my new Sonata Sport, in about an hour. Couldn't have asked for a better sales experience. Always courteous, listening, and thorough. Thank you again.. More
