Just wanted to test drive a used Elantra I set up a test drive on Thursday for a Friday at 11am. "Fine sir talk to the VIP managerwhen you get hereit is still here". That Friday I left early I set up a test drive on Thursday for a Friday at 11am. "Fine sir talk to the VIP managerwhen you get hereit is still here". That Friday I left early, I was out of town and drove to Ottawa, I arrived 10 minutes before scheduled test drive. Vip manager checks the computer and says,"we sold it last night". Why not let me know I ask him, well I dont get my test drive schedule until this morning. Well I arrived almost lunch time, he had 3 hours to inform me. The car was on the lot, and no sold sign in it. Cool, and calm I actually listened when they said , Of course we have another that is very similar we can make a good deal on. **note my budget was 11-12 thousand as their original car was and good mileage** and the sold one fit this bill. Well, for the test drive the car was not prepared it just came in. My wife was asked for her drivers license to copy which is standard practise, and before I noticed the salesman had her credit card "as collatoral"for the car??? Man, then to top off their cherry, the great price was 17,000 (orignal 24000?)I told Naim Salem that we are not going to waste his or our time. He went to talk to the VIP Manager about the deal (but we spotted the VIP manager talking to someone 10 feet away from us out of the salesmans view. Did he even talk to him?) This is the first time I came here and the very last time. They totally wasted my time, which I totally wish I could invoice them for!!!!!!!!!! More

But once you've signed those papers you're completely on your own. The day I brought a demo home I noticed a plethora of scratches all over the car. So I brought it in the next day and a manager of sorts asked me why I thought I got a deal on the car. Any time I've contacted the dealership about any issues I've had I've been effectively told that I'm on my own, in spite of paying for the added warranty through dilawri. I would never purchase another vehicle from any of dilawri's dealerships at this point. I've never had such a negative post sale experience. Every other dealership I've dealt with have made sure to treat me well both before and after the sale in hopes that I might buy another vehicle from them in the future. NEVER would I do business with these bums again More

As the saying goes, Buyer Beware When the salesman approached, my immediate instinct was 'slime'. I let myself get lulled however, thinking I was too smart to get taken. Remember When the salesman approached, my immediate instinct was 'slime'. I let myself get lulled however, thinking I was too smart to get taken. Remember to never buy a used car on impulse. The fact that it seems good is not enough - get it checked out by a trusted mechanic. Never mind when they say 'Our guys have checked it' This just means they've made sure it'll pass safety and emissions. It does NOT mean maintenance has been kept up, and if they can get away with it, they will leave it for the next sucker/owner. This, according to the service manager. As someone else has pointed out, they will happily stick you with costs if they can get away with it. I won't be going back, except to get the free oil changes. Any work they recommend will be looked into and done elsewhere. More

My god don't go here!!!! I bought my car here and I have to admit that I have regretted it ever since. The dealing for the car was bad already. but really who has a great expe I bought my car here and I have to admit that I have regretted it ever since. The dealing for the car was bad already. but really who has a great experience buying a car. But with this dealer, I had a feeling that my experience for at least the next 5 years would not be pleasant. I am sad to say that I was right. I get my car detailed here because it's part of my package and I am counting down the days until I no longer need to go there. The car service is atrocious. The staff is rude and condescending. To top it up, they are liars. One person will tell you something only to be told something completely different by another staff person from the EXACT same department. Completely not satisfied. Cannot wait to no longer do business with them. Beware for your sake. More
They will lie and will take advantage of you I got a new Hyundai Elantra GLS at this place. I was told that the cost of the new plates and the ownership was included in the final prize which turn I got a new Hyundai Elantra GLS at this place. I was told that the cost of the new plates and the ownership was included in the final prize which turned out not to be true. When I confronted the sales manager (All I know is that his name is Ahmed) via email (I sent Amin Omer's email saying textually: "The new plates and sticker are in included in your purchase price . As a dealership we get billed monthly from the license office") he said that Mr. Omer was new and "didn't know what he was doing". I ended up paying 116.00 for the new plates and the ownership. Needless to say, I never went back for maintenance or anything else. Huntclub Hyundai? NEVER AGAIN More
