Well I got a car and I don't know about Dilawri, but I managed to get a pretty decent deal. A new car, financed over 8 years to my liking at a price that was actually quite reasonable. Yea I wish I got more perks on my premium Tucson but so far so good. Overall my experience was great, of course I got lost in the numbers game at first but it made sense at the end. Great customer service, a solid team of employees throughout and Shoutout Navaid and Zarjan for coming through with deals and of course the GM Eli Nassrallah, he managed to make this right at the end as we closed the deal, with added perks to make the experience 10/10. I recommend my friends and family to check out this place and would recommend readers here to do the same. Go with an open mind, discuss the numerous options, Ask questions. They played a very dirty game with numbers to confuse the customer. Beware of the Finance guy, he will push so many packages on you and is not an honest man what so ever. When I called him after I reviewed the numbers and told him why the deal in front of me is not the deal I agreed to, he started throwing random numbers to make it justified. General manager told me i cannot do anything until i drove it by myself and he keep on telling me it's under safety according to his mechanic. I thought he is gonna be the person who will help me out but instead he told me that you have to come back and he cannot assure me he will change it or not.i told him then what's the point of coming back when you guys cannot assure me you will definitely change it because it still makes a lot of sound.i just asked from them i will come next week and take an off but i expect you guys to reimburse my gas.He told me that it's not his problem that you live in toronto and he will not pay for anything.Being a general manager he told me that i am being patient with you.I just asked him the same question when you guys can't assure me anything how could i come and he lost his patience. Instead of finding a solution he told me when i find a solution i should call him back. I should have bought the car from toronto but one of friends used to work for that dealership and he recommended me. so i have decided i will get it fixed in toronto and i will pay for it. Dishonest Sales Tactics I am so disgusted at the sales team here. I filled out an online coupon for $1000 off if I bought a car from them and the hounding began. They even made an appointment for me I never agreed to! Despite this, I went in to see what kind of deal I could get based on numerous promotions they were running - 0% interest, pay up to $5000 on credit card balances, we pay the tax - plus the web coupon for $1000 off. When I went in, I was clear on my previous disappointment of my last car buying experience (another dealership) and I hoped they could do better. They guaranteed they could. What a waste of a couple of hours! Sales guy was spewing crap like he was reading flash cards. Nothing felt genuine. During my test drive, when I would be at a red light he was reaching over and pointing stuff out on the dash pressing buttons and in general driving me nuts. As for promotions, they all seemed to apply to a limited number of models, none of which were the one I was looking at. None of the cars in the show room had any prices on them - likely to avoid the 'all in pricing' that is law so they could charge me all kinds of admin fees. But the clincher for me, was the trade in offer they made me. There best offer they could make me was $1600 less than the low end trade in value from Canadian Black Book. My car is low mileage (almost half the expected mileage), has rust warranty, has interior carpet and fabric warranty and has almost no wear. They told me it was the best they could do. I also loved how they showed me a print out of the pricing they came up with for me but the sales guy freaked out when I tried to take it and said customers aren't allowed to have that information, just see it. So I took a picture. Needless to say I walked and will never return to these guys. The next day, the sales guy (again obviously following the script) texted and asked if I had thought about the deal any further. I sent a picture of the black book value and never heard from sales again. But a week or so later, customer service call to see how my experience was. I told them the whole story. Excellent customer service Yesterday I picked up my new 2017 Sonata Hybrid. This was my fourth Hyundai, the last three were purchased from Hyundai on Hunt Club. I can only say Eli Nassrallah and his excellent team, Jonny, Cody and Tran have been extremely helpful and courteous. If I have an issue they do everything in their power to make it right. I recently moved to the Montreal area, but came back again to see Eli for my most recent purchase because I knew I would get the best price and service from him and his excellent team. I would recommend them to anyone. More
