Awesome dealership! My wife and I wanted to buy a new Honda Civic, and Lakeshore Honda was the first dealership that we visited. We were promptly greeted by Silvio who gave us a great overview of the car and answered all of our questions. He was very forthcoming and honest, and applied no unwanted pressure, which we very much appreciated. Closing the deal was quick and efficient, and later, when we picked up the car, Silvio spent as much time as we wanted to introduce us to the vehicle and answer all of our questions. He is a great person to talk to, and he ensured that the entire transaction went without a hitch. We also spent some time with Greg, who explained our options in terms of add-ons, and he was also thorough but without pressure, which we greatly appreciated. Our impression is that the sales team at Lakeshore Honda is superb, and we look forward to a similarly positive experience in the service department. Thanks guys! More

Terrible Sales Team and Manager I went there to inquire about their pre-certified pre-owned vehicle. I was ready to buy a used Honda CRV if we could reach a deal. It consisted of them asking me for an offer only for them to bring in the sales manager to give some bs story and no counter offer what-so-ever. It's like they don't even want to try. I'm guess they're not willing to go lower than MSRP. I brought in my car, which was in immaculate condition, for trade-in. They don't know how to appraise and asked me what I wanted. I knew how much my was worth since I brought it to a few dealerships beforehand. They said they need to makes some "calls". They come back to me with some BS story and tried to low-ball me. Sad. Doesn't matter, I found a dealership that was able to give me a good deal on their car and they offered what I asked for my car! Avoid this dealership like a plague! More

Misleading tactics to get your business I was quoted $200 for a regular maintenance check and charged $800.00. All they did was replace the front brakes pad, machined the rotors, replaced t I was quoted $200 for a regular maintenance check and charged $800.00. All they did was replace the front brakes pad, machined the rotors, replaced the fluid for the brakes and clutch and an oil change. On a phone call, the first thing that threw me off was a $ 70.00 charge for replacing the cabin filter, which incidentally was done 8 months ago, a $30.00 part that takes 45 seconds to be replaced! I was also told that the fluids were going to be topped up and that was part of the regular maintenance fee. However, because the car is 4 years old the fluids needed to be replaced. They were perfectly aware of the age of my car when I dropped the key for service and I should have been made aware then that my car needed to have the clutch and brake fluids replaced. They did not. I feel I was robbed. I paid almost $ 800.00 for a front brake job and an oil change. Their tactics to get business are unethical. After over 20 years of using Honda Lakeshore for buying and servicing my cars, I have to say that they lost my trust and my business. More

Very bad service Came to do type 4 service on my Honda Pilot. Technician forgot to cut something on the filter and the car was "clicking" while turning.
