My car has only 4.800 km and 2 years old. Spend most of the time parked in a underground garage and yet, I went for a oil change and they ended up finding all this problems with my car including brakes rust (?). My car was parked in the last 2 winters. And the problems mounted and my bill ended being over 500.00 when I was expecting around 80 something. I overheard I customers complain about the same issue. I was told that my car had two recalls that need to be addressed and it was for free but they charged me labour for it which I don’t thing it should be the case. The next time I need a oil change, I will go somewhere else and I am also rethinking in continuing my business with Honda. I might transfer my lease and go shop somewhere else.

It would be very ease for me to transfer the lease because my car is new, has only 4.800km on it and spend most of the year in a underground garage because I am away for months at least twice a year. I am a very long time Honda customer and very disappointed the way they disregard the customers wishes. Charging me for over 500.00 for, when I though it would be a simple and straightforward service. Done.

I would like to thank the Honda Service Manager for calling me this morning and follow up with me the issues that I had wit my latest car service. I express my concerns to him and he was very professional and understanding which I really appreciated. We were able to with reasonable understanding, resolve the problem. Thank you for reached out to me and help to resolve the issue.
