Super nice and professional when you PURCHASE the car. Everything after that downhill big time. The service department people are rude and unprofessional. I had an issue with my car being done few hours late and as I was voicing my displeasure and disappointment....the man working just hung up the phone on me. When I called back and asked for a manager, was told he wasn't in that day l. I left my number and asked for a call back, it's been a week and nothing yet. Every time it only seems they want to make money with more services offered and not really interested in what's good for the customer. Honestly, 1 star is too much but the lady who answered the phone was polite. End of the good experience right there. More

Manager laughed at me when I told him how bad service was I had a horrible experience with Honda Downtown. They sold me a car they didn't have. It took nearly 3 weeks for them to let me know after I had to ke I had a horrible experience with Honda Downtown. They sold me a car they didn't have. It took nearly 3 weeks for them to let me know after I had to keep emailing and asking. I emailed Honda Canada and got no reply. I then emailed the manager at Downtown Honda and he tried to sell me something else. When I said that I wanted my $1000 deposit back "today" that had been on my visa for nearly 3 weeks, he laughed at me! I couldn't believe how rude he was. He did not submit my deposit until 2 days later and it took the bank another 3 days to put it through. Buying a car is very stressful. Having thinking I was done with the stress and then being told "no" and then being laughed at.....just do unprofessional. More
