Just leased a 2019 Ford Escape from Highbury Ford I had the pleasure of concluding a 48 month lease of my 2019 Ford Escape from salesman Trevor Lobsinger. I did a lease buyout with him that was painle I had the pleasure of concluding a 48 month lease of my 2019 Ford Escape from salesman Trevor Lobsinger. I did a lease buyout with him that was painlessly done. I had previously dealt with a dealership in Mississauga (Erinwood Ford) when I leased my last Escape in 2015. I now live in London and did not want to travel back to Mississauga. My sister and I went to Hifgbury Ford to see about leasing our next vehicle as the old lease was ending in about 2 months. Trevor was at the front door to greet us as we entered with no appointment. He was very welcoming and happy to discuss our options. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted after we sat down with him. We had a very positive outcome - we signed a new 48 month lease that day with him. All the details were thoroughly explained and we were not rushed or pressured for a decision. We took out a 2019 Escape for a test drive and found it great to drive. We were happy to decide on a great blue Escape that was in the showroom. I was able to call back to the dealership with the insurance details that same day, I am a satisfied and happy customer.
