Service I did not even get to Highbury Ford as I wanted some information about pricing before I went to make an appointment to get my vehicle fixed. I was put through to 3 different divisions of Ford to try and get a quote and make a time to get said work done. First is service dept. where I luckily got a mechanic who had done said work before but was told he had no idea of cost of part only hours it would take so off to parts dept. I go. Many calls later get a person to answer and was eventually told price but also given stern talking to about only going to a dealer to get any fix done. I was then put through to service dept. again where a person said they have one person who makes the appointments so through to another who never answered and after all the phone tag and attitude before I did not make an appointment. Btw the reason people who are not under warranty do not go to the dealer is you are over priced (husbands dealership for his transport truck per hour for mechanics is less) and obviously the hassle. More

satisfactory I was in for an oil change. work completed within an hour. Straight oil change does not do that". So why does it say that on the summary? More

Oil Change My car was due for an oil change. I called JoAnne in the service department on the off chance that I could get an appointment the same day. She was My car was due for an oil change. I called JoAnne in the service department on the off chance that I could get an appointment the same day. She was able to give me an appointment at 2:30 for the same day. I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner in the service department by everyone that I came into contact with that afternoon. I was offered beverages while I was waiting. In about an hour the work done to my car was completed to my satisfaction. This is the experience that I enjoy each time I bring my car(s) into Highbury Ford. Many thanks! More
