I live in another province, so I don't know if a law suit would do any good. More
Terrible Terrible Service Department – had my daughter’s vehicle for over 2 weeks to fix a fuse, starter and pressure switch. Called over a dozen times, each time got sent to voice mail – left 4 messages t vehicle for over 2 weeks to fix a fuse, starter and pressure switch. Called over a dozen times, each time got sent to voice mail – left 4 messages the last one to the service manager, Sabrina, no response. Finally had to physically drive to the dealership and ask about my vehicle. And then they had the audacity to say they washed it for free and they hadn’t even done that. I reached out to the GM, Mike Muir, and after waiting for his response (he said he would follow up with me by Oct 3) it’s Oct 11 and still no follow up from him so I guess my business isn’t that important to this dealership. More

Needing my truck I call an Uber myself thinking they will undoubtedly refund me…wrong! So if ignoring my calls to save the company $18.00 was the goal, well played…I will never do business with them again More
They searched for a 2023 civic for me and found one and reserved it for me as soon as it was available. They called and told me about it immediately. The car was so clean and perfectly ready for me. The buying process was efficient and I was very taken care of before and after the purchase. They even go get your plate registered for you! Trevor, Matthias, and Abeer were excellent people to work with. Thank you guys! We love our car! More
We were going to anther dealership due to poor service. We received a call saying they had new staff and offered a free detailing. We went in for an oil change and transmission and coolant flush. They recommended a brake fluid replacement and new spark plugs and valve inspection for $1000+. We decline saying the brake fluid and spark plugs were replaced 1 year ago. “Oh ya, it’s here in our system put it’s not coming up”. We asked a lot of questions and it still does not make sense. We can’t trust this dealership and will go elsewhere. More
Very unimpressed with this dealership. We came in looking to purchase a used vehicle that was on their lot and were greeted by the sales manager and a sales rep. The vehicle we were looking at had only been there a few days and had not yet been detailed or fully inspected. We spoke numbers and were waiting to hear back from management about the alleged inspection that had been done. While we were waiting for the manager to get back to us about costs, we offered to put money down on the vehicle (MULTIPLE TIMES) so that they knew we were serious about making the purchase. The sales rep insisted that it was not necessary for us to do so, even after we offered to do so repeatedly. As the dealership was closing, they informed us that they would get back to us in the morning with numbers and what service work was going to be required. The sales manager called back the next morning and advised us that a finance deal was pending on the vehicle. We had offered to pay cash for the vehicle and had voiced repeatedly that we were willing to put money down so an event such as this would not happen. A few hours later, they called back informing that the vehicle was sold. Despite them boasting this "family friendly" and "relationship-based" approach, we were wildly disappointed with this experience and will NOT be going back to them. More
Being in the market for a new car for the first time ever I walked into heritage Honda and was greeted with friendly standard baseline sales service. Our sales representative as well as management made it very clear to us that they didn’t really care if we purchased the vehicle we were interested in as stock was currently so low that If we didn’t purchase the car someone would walk in the same day and do so. Without fuss, a test drive or any wheeling and dealing I purchased a 2022 Honda Civic sport . From this point on the baseline customer service I received declined rapidly. Anytime I contacted my sales representative -which was minimal- I felt like I was an inconvenience. It was very clear that internal communication is non existent between sales, financing and management. The day I was to pick up my car the staff was not prepared for me (their own miscommunication) I waited hours as they sorted out their end with no response from management with an updated time so that I could rearrange my plans with my young family . My brand new car was not professionally detailed as they did not have staff in that day for it. To say I was disappointed and frustrated with my first purchase of a new car would be an understatement. The only saving grace that day was the excellent experience with Matthias as he showed me everything there was to know about my new car. 10 days after the purchase of my vehicle I received a call from my sales representative saying they had not received the proper information they needed from me to complete the purchase of my car properly (a mistake on their end) I let them know I was in the middle of my 12 hour work day and I would send that information within the week when I had a chance to get it. Within 48 hours I received multiple text asking for me to send over what they needed to fix their mistake, including a threaten that if it wasn’t sent over immediately the car would be “repulsed” Prior to this final experiences I had responded to an automated email from the general manager asking about my experience and also to leave a 5 star Google review. I responded let him know I was very disappointed with the services I received and offered To take time to give him feedback via phone . It’s been a week and No one has reached out to me other than to threaten to take my car away if I didn’t fix their mess fast enough. Nail in the coffin. I gave heritage Honda my business. I can whole heartedly say they did nothing to earn it. I left feeling that they didn’t value me because my 2022 Civic wasn’t a good enough commission cheque to be worth their time. If your looking for cheesy stereotypical car sales this is your place. If you want to feel like a valued customer and receive quality customer service I recommend driving right past this place to a different Honda dealership More

On July 31, the Saturday, I took my Honda Civic 2007 to Heritage Honda at 11609-40th Street, SE Calgary for an inspection. It was under my husband’s name, Elliot Harder. Jon Horne, the service person took pictures of my car before the process. Then I spent another $1304.77 to fix all the problems he reported to me. He didn’t tell me that they broke my windshield when I picked my car on August 3, at 4:08. He just passed the car key to me, not even walked me to my car to show what has done by them. He was rushed into his office right after I found my car on the parking lot. On the half way home, I realized that my windshield has a big crack on the top right all the way to the bottom. It was a small crack less than 3 inches before I handed my car to Honda Heritage. I pull over my car on the side of the road to call him, of course, no answer. I went back to Heritage Honda right after. He was very rude and tried very hard to lie about all the things that had happened there, so many none sense excuses, such as the weather, the heat. He didn’t even want to show the pictures that he has taken before. I was shocked how it possible happened to a reliable branding company, and how he handled a thing as a CUSTOMER Service person. I strongly insist that this issue has be resolved and apologies from Heritage Honda. More
