I just bought my second new CRV from Henley Honda. Joe Ferguson has helped me with both vehicles. Joe is friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable . He is also very patience with all my questions. Apparently, Henley Honda underwent new ownership in 2022 and it shows. I purchased my Pilot there in 2012 and did all required service for the last 10 years. In February, they told me I was due for a B14 and it shows. I purchased my Pilot there in 2012 and did all required service for the last 10 years. In February, they told me I was due for a B14 service at a cost of $1730 plus tax. Last week, I called to make the appt and they told me the B14 was $1800 taxes included. I asked for a written estimate and the B14 became $2045 plus tax. That was a $500 difference from the previous day! Really? Good luck to the new ownership. I will take my business elsewhere. More

I mentioned it to one of management people the response was you will know better in future and they are correct I will know to go to another dealer first More
Was not impressed by this dealership. Staff seems more busy talking between themselves than helping customers. An oil change with an appointment should not take 90-120 minutes to complete. Getting someone to actually show me new cars while having my oil changed was a minor miracle in itself. I was offered $7,000 to trade in my vehicle towards a new purchase. I sold same car privately for $12,000. When you don't treat your customers well, they no longer stay your customers. Needless to say, I am no longer a customer of Henley Honda More

Service is not reliable, always trying to up sell their services. After 3 months had to go back for the same service after just paid 700. It's time for an update to the review I posted a few years ago. Since that review I have leased a new 2018 Honda Ridgeline and everything went extremely well. I took it back to Henley Honda exclusively years ago. Since that review I have leased a new 2018 Honda Ridgeline and everything went extremely well. I took it back to Henley Honda exclusively for service and they kept it running like it was new. Then today I returned the Ridgeline and purchased a 2020 Honda CRV. The sale went smoothly and when I picked up the vehicle, it was flawless. Honda is so dedicated to the build that one would find it difficult to match the quality. Once again the staff were incredible and this time Brayden was the sales representative that closed this deal. The service people kept confusing the ignition switch with the ignition coil. When I dropped off the vehicle there was a flap because they had quoted me labour based on an ignition coil replacement. After assuring them I would pay for their time they agreed to proceed with the repair. When I picked up the vehicle the work order still said 'replace faulty ignition coil'. I am satisfied with the repair but it should not have been so stressful. More
