He arranged to have a vehicle driven from the mainland overnight and kept us updated of the progress of this. After our test drive my husband's blood sugar took a dip during discussions. Ryan demonstrated genuine concern and assisted us to deal with it. His approach was professional but came across as more than just sales "hype". He couldn't do enough to ensure our purchase was trouble free. Delivery of the vehicle to Victoria was appreciated as we were towing our trailer back the same day. Ryan even took the time to introduce us to the delivery driver which was very reassuring. The car was waiting for us safe and sound in our driveway when we arrived home.
