Recently arrived in the area and had a car shipped that was having power steering problems. I dropped into the dealership at closing on a Saturday evening and Richard tried to assist me but was not able to was having power steering problems. He did give me some fluid in the event I needed it and told me to come in next business day if it was not resolved and I needed assistance. Very friendly and helpful. It turned out that my old car was damaged during shipment and I decided perhaps it was time to retire the old girl as she was 15 years old. I shopped on line and found a slightly used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was just what I was looking for. I dropped into the dealership and met Bill. We talked about the car and took it for a drive. It was just what I was looking for so I put in an offer that was accepted. All the paper work was done and I drove the vehicle home that night. There was no pressure and I felt the price was fair. The next day I met Bill, Paula and Richard and we talked about service and they gave me more advice on the vehicle. All very friendly and made me feel very welcome and appreciated.
