Paul Vasilovsky has principles, is serious, knowledgable and highly personable. We like to refer to him as the "Accidental Salesman." He is a natural. We walked into Harris in August 2022 and bought not one, but two cars. Having recently relocated to Canada, we assumed that we could easily buy a Chevy EUV Bolt. Wrong. Paul listened to us and then carefully set our expectations that we were looking at a 4 to 6 month waiting period. That was a shock. Paul assisted us to develop Plan B. We placed the order for our EUV and bought a 9 year old vehicle that served us extremely well while we were waiting for our EUV. During that time, he referred us to the excellent Service Department for maintenance and snow tires. Yesterday, we were able to trade in the intermediary car at near market value, and, after a comprehensive orientation from Paul, drove home in our new SUV!
