Pampered like a princess I dealt with Kurt and Robert on my purchase. I asked about a 2010 Miata they had more than two weeks ago and had difficulty scheduling a visit due to I dealt with Kurt and Robert on my purchase. I asked about a 2010 Miata they had more than two weeks ago and had difficulty scheduling a visit due to scheduling and the fact that I live in the city. I intended to come over with my bf who had a last minute scheduling conflict and couldn't come with me. I gave Kurt a three hour notice that I was heading over by myself. When I got there the car was nicely purring in the show room. Both Kurt and Robert were so warm and welcoming. I felt really pampered and comfortable even though I was pissed at my bf and felt kinda lonely buying a car by myself. I think Kurt recognized that and even came to talk to me when I was waiting. Really made my day. When they heard that the car was my dream car they really fought to let me have her (mostly Robert with the financing). Robert was lovely, give me the father figure talk, made me laugh and even recommended this pho place cuz I was hungry. He broken open a brand new box of chocolate. Afterwards Kurt even lead me to the pho place. Like I said, they really know how to treat a lady. I was spoiled rotten. More

Great Today i was determined to trade my 2010 Mazda B 4000 truck in for a car. I have had no real issues with my truck so i decided to start my search were Today i was determined to trade my 2010 Mazda B 4000 truck in for a car. I have had no real issues with my truck so i decided to start my search were i left off in 2010 at Mazda Nanaimo. I knew what i wanted for my truck and how much i was interested to pay for a car. So i entered the Mazda office and approached the first sales man. Kurt Alyward a Mazda product advisor. First thing Kurt said is he is not on commission which i thought was great. We went out side and started looking found the one i like and the price was good. The car is 2 years old with 35,000 clicks. It looks and feels like a new car. Now to figure what i can get for my truck. I had a price i wanted. First go at it was low . Second was bang on. We made a deal. We even drove to my house so my wife could take it for a test drive.She like it half of my problem solved. They must of thought i kid napped Kurt. LOL. Overall an excellent experience. I left happy. I recommend Kurt, easy going friendly, and NO PRESSURE AT ALL. Thanks Kurt.. PS Everybody that works at Mazda treated me with respect . Great team you guys are. More

Adams made my whole experience extremely comfortable and easy, I never once felt like I was being pushed into something I didn't want to do. I have had less then great service in the past with dealerships and was a little hesitant dealing with a dealership again but after dealing with Harris Mazda and Adams they have completely opened my eyes to what a truly great dealership is and it's not like the great service stopped after I drove off the lot. I've had my 2017 cx-3 ( absolutely incredible car by the way) for a few weeks now and they're still just as helpful! I will and already have recommended Harris Mazda to anyone I know looking to get a new vehicle. Thank you soo much Harris Mazda for making my experience so awesome!! More
