Great experience all round The minute we walked into the Harris Mazda dealership in Nanaimo I felt the temperature go up. There was a warm and friendly ambience about the place. We were greeted and shown the customer waiting area where there was a super-duper coffee machine, a fruit basket, and comfy chairs. When our original product specialist Kassandra was delayed we had the delightful and funny Adams who showed us two cars in our price range and helped us with our questions. He was knowledgeable and anything he didn't know he went and found the answer to. When we returned from the test drive we spoke to Kassandra who was honest and straightforward and warm. When we told her the price we were aiming for she took it to her manager and very quickly returned with a price within our budget. The day we picked up the car, we spotted a couple of small problems and James and Adams made sure they were immediately fixed before we signed any papers. Altogether we were very impressed with Harris Mazda and Kassandra, Adams and James. We will tell our friends about this dealership and probably put this on our community bulletin board on facebook too. More
