Great experience with Tyler and bonus office dog Tyler responded to my online inquiry. After chatting with him for a few minutes we agreed that I would come in later that day to test drive two vehicl Tyler responded to my online inquiry. After chatting with him for a few minutes we agreed that I would come in later that day to test drive two vehicles. Tyler was waiting for us when we arrived and was professional and polite, taking time to introduce us to the manager of the dealership. During our test drive he took the time to find out what I was looking for and the reasons behind my thoughts. After driving the vehicles I wasn't 100% convinced that either was the car for me. No problem and no pressure, we simply thanked him for his time and said goodbye. Two days later I received a phone call from Tyler informing me that he was pretty sure he had found my car. Turns out he was right, it was in fact the perfect vehicle for me. During the next few days( it was a holiday weekend and I wanted our mechanic to check out the car first) we had several opportunities to chat with Tyler and to take the vehicle out a second time. Nothing was too much trouble for Tyler and anything he could do to help he was more than willing to do. I know that sounds like a typical sales guy tactic - anything to get the sale. To be honest, I didn't get that vibe with Tyler, it was a genuine desire to help. He even drove the car to our mechanic for a check up for us. By the time we closed our deal I felt like we should adopt him into our family. Tyler made my car buying experience a pleasure; he was informative, no pressure and fun and I would highly recommend him. Just be careful because you may end up adopting him and have to buy him Christmas presents for the foreseeable future. Oh and he got bonus points for not laughing while I used a back up camera for the first time. More

Just going there made me feel good with such positive, helpful people. It didn't matter whether they worked in sales, service, or finance. They worked as a team and helped me put a great deal together. Even though I have moved out of the province, I still call or email them about certain questions I have regarding my car. I am always treated with the utmost respect and I feel cared for as if I was part of their team and in a way I am. I have joked about how it feels as if the team is my second family because there's a certain level of respect and trust that has not been surpassed by other salespersons. Tyler, especially, has been very sincere and always helpful. What comes to mind when I think of Tyler is integrity which is in itself a selling point! More
