Although, I really missed seeing Kolbi (she always gives friendly and knowledgeable service) when I dropped off my KIA Rio at the dealership, this morning, Mike greeted me warmly and looked after my car service needs. Allen, the shuttle driver, was right there the minute I arrived ready drive me, and again later in the day to pick me up to take me back to get my car. He has a fantastic memory - always enjoy our conversation on route to and from KIA. Everyone of the staff go out of their way to make my experience pleasant. Even got a wave and a smile from a distant Rachel as mouthed to me "How are you,' through the glass of her sales booth in my direction! Thanks HARRIS KIA! More
