I was a single mom working minimum wage and could not afford to keep fixing this car so I thought I would go online and fill out application to finance not getting my hopes up because I have terrible credit but a couple days later I got a call from Krista and she was amazing she told me I was approved and I couldnt be happier that I could finally drive a safe and reliable car not just for me but for my kids as well. Nick did the driving and allowed us to swap seats to assess all the angles. We were introduced to Roy and found out we were practically related. We threw several curves at them in regard to trade-in, etc., but it was handled with ease. We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and our dogs were even allowed to come in and meet everyone. Al handled all the financing duties, making even that an enjoyable experience. More

Rondo purchase On the search for a new vehicle we visited Harris Kia. We were thinking about a Sportage and looked at one but were undecided. Cameron suggested a test drive in a Rondo which we did followed by a test drive in a Sportage. After comparing the two vehicles and looking at other brands we chose the Rondo. Our salesman Cameron was great to deal with, very helpful and informative and enthusiastic about his job. John was also great to work with and his enthusiasm for the Kia product was very evident. Although our dealings with Al and Dave were limited they too provided a high level of customer service and interest in the product and customer service. Unlike other dealerships, no one fussed when I wanted to drive several different models and styles of vehicles several times. Sales assistance from everyone was done with an easy, no pressure style that catered to my needs. Everyone, from the owner to the sales staff was very helpful and at no time did I feel like I was being pressured into making decisions before I was comfortable doing so. In the beginning I was not really considering a Kia and now am so glad I dropped in just to see what was going on!! More
