Here it goes. There's not too many times where you go into something knowing your gonna be eventually spending so much money and not stressed, terrified or even annoyed with "sales people". From the moment I stepped onto the lot I never felt treated like just another deal going through for a dealership. I was welcomed without the annoying overpowering attitudes you see in the car business. Out came Cameron smiling, he meet us and showed us all the different kinds of models of the Kia Soul I was hoping I could one day get. We started with financing just to make sure dreams of these beautiful cars would be crushed. Into the picture came the lovely Rachel. Words can never really describe the immense love I already have for this lady, nor the effect she would have to change things around in my life. She did everything possible, went above and beyond. To be totally honest did I think I'd get approved. No. Did I think it'd actually get payments I could afford no. Did I fear that I'd have to go to a small dealership with cheap cars in order to get something in my price range per month and have to live with regrets on having a vehicle I never really liked but got because the change was needed fast with my situation. Absolutely. Being in a dealership with two little babies playing around is also something a mom dreads, worried how the kids will be, how they'll act, or how the sales people will feel with munchkins running around. It seems like everyone took their turn hanging out with the kids and entertaining them. Even to the point where there's Cameron sitting down across the desk from my little guy eating his favourite snack popcorn that he had made for him. Had I not phoned or gone into this dealership I wouldn't be able to sit here stress free actually looking forward to my future with this car and happy for my payments into something I love. Something I trust. And that's all because of this wonderful Kia family team in Nanaimo. From start to finish every single person I encountered there was so kind and cheerful. And not a fake cheerful. The genuine we take pride in what we do and that we can be genuinely happy because we are making a difference in someone's lives. A positive up building one. Without Cameron, without Rachel, without John taking a test drive in my trade in with the lil ones in the back watching cartoons. I got a beyond fair deal for my trade in, I have wonderful payments that I know I'm comfortable being able to make, I have a wonderful..beautiful...adorable...trustworthy car that I know will last me a long time. And wonderful new friends I could just drop in and say hi to anytime as if I've known them for ages. Honesty. Loyalty. Friendly. Genuine. Humble. Kind. These are just some of the many qualities this team has to make your car buying experience by far the best you'll ever have. I won't forget these moments I had and how when such people can all work together in kind harmony they make a huge difference in someone's life. Keep on going guys, your amazing! More

When Nick was busy with other clients, Cameron and Roy stepped in to help. They were very patient with us, especially as they were closing up for the night when we came in the first time. We did a last minute test drive one night and last minute financing the next!. After purchasing the car, we couldn't bring it home until the next day because we had a rental. Nick came in on his day off for the hand over and took time to show my wife the features of the car before she drove it home.
