My recent experience at Halton Honda was excellent. Albert Daniel is my contact there and he promptly set up an appointment to have a recall taken care of on my new 2024 Honda Accord Sport hybrid. Although the dealership is very busy, and the weather miserable, they took me in within minutes of my arrival, ahead of the actual appointment time, and took care of the recall problem. The waiting area was well provisioned, and I barely had time to finish my coffee before the service attendant told me the car was done and waiting outside the nearby door for me. I am very happy with the vehicle and extremely happy with the way the dealer handled the appointment - they never disappoint!! More
