Everyone I dealt with was great. Brad has been very helpful the numerous times I have been at the dealership regarding the air conditioning. The problem is the car and chronic ongoing air conditioning issues. I am frustrated as 3 condensers, 1 compressor and now the evaporator core have gone. It is so hot and I am waiting for Honda to respond and see if they can help. Unfortunately it is so hot I can’t use the car long before I melt. So disappointing. The dealership has been great but now I think I have to take a major financial loss to unload a car with no heating/cooling system. There doesn’t seem to be a permanent fix to this issue so now I have to start researching cars….uggggg🥵🥵🥵 More
