He took time to listen and understand my concerns. i do believe though that the actual dealership needs to add more service bays - ie expand as there is always much lead time for booking appointments. owners need to invest in their business space as Burlington is becoming bigger and the dealership is becoming more busy. maybe it is time for a second honda delarship in Burlington as this one seems to have outgrown the capacity for bulrington. A very pleasant vehicle buying experience. My wife and I primarily dealt with Dave Krstulic, very friendly and knowledgeable, who completely disproved the notion of the pushy car sales person. Dwayne Cook thoroughly explained the numerous optional warranty programs. On delivery day, the paperwork was organized and every page explained to us before signing. The car was waiting outside where Dave K. spent quite some time thoroughly explaining the dash controls (even connecting numerous family cell phones), moving through to the fuel door and the trunk. Halton Honda has a new repeat customer. Thanks Dave, Dwayne and the smiling reception from the front desk. More

David impressed us with his knowledge of the CRV and, more importantly, his passion for the Honda products he represents.
