Accomodating Service My daughter lives out of town and needed some service on her car. We were leaving on a family vacation and were very appreciative of the accommodation My daughter lives out of town and needed some service on her car. We were leaving on a family vacation and were very appreciative of the accommodation of Halton Honda to take care of the service. My daughter dropped the car off at the dealership, and the keys with a note (in the dropbox) in the early hours of the morning before we left, making arrangements to touch base by phone when we landed in Chicago for our layover. We received a text first indicating our car had been checked in, and then another from Nigel introducing himself as our service advisor an provided full details of what was wrong, and how it was taken care of, another text advising was completed, and even a greeting to have a wonderful and safe trip. We paid the invoice by credit card, and made arrangements for a friend to pick up the keys so we could pick up the car when we returned from vacation. It was amazing how accommodating Halton Honda was in taking care of everything accommodating our schedule. We always appreciate the wonderful service and professionalism at Halton Honda. Thank you! I bought a used Honda from him there a couple of months ago which was the best and easiest dealer experience I have ever had! Great car and great price! I had a minor issue with the car which I notified Marc about as soon as it happened and he helped me out on his end with the dealership. He kept me informed the whole way through steady back and forth communication until the issue was resolved by their great service dept. Marc Pregnolato did not just sell me the car and then move on. When you buy from him he is always there when you need him and I say that from personal experience. More
