When he noticed I was still waiting for the shuttle, he found the shuttle gentleman and Nigel was the associate to help me. He was very considerate. When I was leaving after my snow tires were installed, I was about to get in my car and Nigel came outside and offered to put the new all weather mats in the car for me. It was such a simple gesture but it just reaffirms the commitment to service that Halton Honda offers. More
