Replacing regular tires and rims with stored snow tires and 45 minutes in and out for the changeover and very personable service rep. It wasn’t a problem and we were taken right away. We had a luncheon to attend, so we required a shuttle ride. Graham was a lovely gentleman who took us to the Church for our lunch. I phoned when our lunch was finished and Gary picked us up to take us back to the dealership. He was also very pleasant and made our trip very enjoyable. Both men in the service department that I dealt with were very nice - Alex and Marc. I had a problem with the middle seat belt in the backseat and Mark showed me how it worked. Our car was washed for us. Our car is riding beautifully And we are thoroughly enjoying driving/riding in it. More
