Service is super convenient I had to get a service in April 2020 and I was able to book my appointment online, dropped off my car after hours and left the keys. Secondly, there was no effort in washing or cleaning the car. I even asked because my partner who has his care serviced at another Honda dealership - washed and detailed his car.
