Car ready in excellent time. Pick up of serviced vehicles needs to be revamped. I did not have my telephone with me. At least 4 individuals were sitting chatting and were very reluctant to come to the door so that I could give my name for pick up. Totally unacceptable to have staff sitting around visiting with customers at the door waiting for acknowledgement. More
Service is super convenient I had to get a service in April 2020 and I was able to book my appointment online, dropped off my car after hours and left the keys. I got a text when my car was ready, with a link to make an online payment. I called when I arrived to pick the car up and was handed my keys. Thank you Halton Honda for figuring out how to keep service open, convenient and safe. We have bought or leased more than 6 cars from this dealership and would highly recommend it. More

Secondly, there was no effort in washing or cleaning the car. I even asked because my partner who has his care serviced at another Honda dealership - washed and detailed his car. That is correct detailed inside out. They went the extra mile to ensure that the customer is happy and protected. More
